Parish Information

Resurrection Parish Kings Park is a Catholic Parish of the Archdiocese of Melbourne. We unite as members of the Body of Christ when gathering around the Table of the Lord to celebrate Eucharist. As brothers and sisters in the Risen Jesus we rejoice in and share the Good News of the Risen Lord.

There are many cultures represented in the make-up of our parish and this diversity is one of our strengths. We are a place of welcome. We also believe in service. Sometimes people are surprised to learn that our Parish Office is open seven days a week so that we can serve you.

We also have as part of our parish a truly excellent Catholic Primary School.

You may already have experienced our "Resurrection" welcome. Perhaps it was the greeting you received when you came to the Parish Office, or the way your telephone enquiry was handled, it may have been the Hospitality Minister who greeted you at the door when you came to Mass or the helpful person at our Welcome Desk. It may have been a simple smile at Mass from someone you did not know, perhaps even the after Mass tea or coffee.

We have 10 choirs, a monthly Parish Meeting Night when all Parish Groups meet, and hundreds of parishioners committed to at least one Parish Ministry.

You are invited to become a registered active member of Resurrection Parish by entering your details online. Alternatively, registration forms are available at the Parish Office or Welcome Desk.
